At Ram Kumar Kamla Devi Foundation, we believe that empowering women is the most effective way to uplift entire communities. When women are educated, skilled, healthy, and confident, they become powerful agents of change—within their families and across society.

Our women’s empowerment programs are designed to break barriers, build opportunities, and nurture leadership among women from underprivileged backgrounds. We work to ensure that every woman has the tools, resources, and support she needs to shape her own future with dignity and independence.

Our initiatives include:

  • Menstrual Hygiene Awareness and distribution of sanitary kits to promote health and dignity
  • Skill Development and Vocational Training in tailoring, crafts, beauty, digital literacy, and entrepreneurship
  • Self-Help Groups (SHGs) that foster collective savings, support, and small business development
  • Legal and Health Awareness Sessions to educate women about their rights, safety, and well-being
  • Leadership Programs to encourage women's participation in community decision-making and governance

We especially focus on rural and marginalized women, who often face multiple layers of discrimination and lack access to education and income opportunities. By helping them become self-reliant and self-confident, we not only change individual lives—we transform families, and by extension, the future of our nation.

At Ram Kumar Kamla Devi Foundation, women’s empowerment is not just a program—it is a movement toward equality, justice, and lasting change.
